Taichung power plant! This is a pretty sad news for people live in Taiwan.
No wonder last time when I was in southern part of Taiwan, I felt the sky is grey and not very clear for many days. I wasn't that sensitive about air quality, however my wife was sneezing and coughing when we were there.
Google's first search result based on an article from 2013, so I did a little research, it seems Taichung power plant now is currently 3rd largest coal plant in the world (refer to wikipedia). Which is still very bad.

Coal plant is the dirties power generation plant. We all need to shift this kind of high emission and high pollution power generation to renewable energy or other less pollution power source. After all, the pollution generated from Taichung power plant are bad enough to affect people's health in Taiwan in a very large scale.
